TERMS OF USE
The software
TMC is a desktop mail client published by wieck.dev. It runs on your own computer and connects directly to the mail services you configure. Using it is free of charge.
Your accounts
You remain bound by the terms of your mail providers (for example Google's Terms of Service when you use a Google account). You are responsible for the messages you send with TMC, and for any AI assistant you choose to connect through TMC's optional agent interface.
No warranty
TMC is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, wieck.dev is not liable for loss of data, messages or other damages arising from its use. Keep backups of important mail. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
Privacy
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
